Age Verification Policy

1) Age requirement (New Zealand)
Our service is restricted to people who are at or over the legal gambling age in New Zealand. As a minimum, you must be 18 years old, and you must also meet any higher age requirement that may apply to certain gambling activities or venues (for example, some casino entry requirements). If you are under the applicable age, you must not use this service.
2) How we age-gate and verify age
- Age confirmation: during sign-up (and/or before accessing age-restricted features) you must confirm your date of birth and that you meet the legal age requirement.
- Risk-based checks: we may request additional details when our controls indicate a higher risk of underage use (e.g., inconsistent information, unusual activity, or a report from a third party).
- Identity/age documents: we may ask for a clear copy/photo of an accepted ID (e.g., NZ driver licence, passport, or other government-issued photo ID) and, where needed, proof of address.
- Third-party verification: we may use trusted verification providers or database checks to confirm age/identity. These checks are used for compliance and fraud prevention.
3) If we cannot verify your age
If we cannot reasonably verify that you meet the applicable age requirement, we may restrict features, pause activity, or suspend access until verification is completed.
4) If a user is underage
- We will suspend or close the account and block further access.
- We may cancel or void activity where permitted, and handle any funds in line with our legal obligations and internal controls.
- We may retain records and device/account identifiers to help prevent re-registration.
- Where appropriate, we may refer suspected misuse or fraud to relevant authorities/regulators.

6) Privacy and document handling
