What we collect

• Account & booking details: name, email, phone, billing details, communications.
• Age-gate/eligibility responses (e.g., confirmation you meet any minimum age), and related timestamps.
• Device & usage data: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, referral URLs, approximate location.
• Cookies and similar identifiers for preferences, security, analytics and (where enabled) advertising.
• Marketing preferences and consent records.

Why we collect it (and lawful basis)

• Provide services and manage bookings/accounts (necessary to perform a contract).
• Operate, secure and improve the website (legitimate interests; and/or where required, consent for cookies).
• Analytics to understand site performance (consent where required; otherwise legitimate interests).
• Marketing (only where you opt in or where permitted by law; you can opt out anytime).
• Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax, accounting, fraud prevention).

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal/accounting requirements, and to resolve disputes. Analytics data is typically retained in aggregated or pseudonymised form where available.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards such as access controls, least-privilege permissions, and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Third parties & processors

We may share information with service providers that process data for us, such as hosting/cloud providers, email and customer support tools, payment processors, and analytics/advertising partners (e.g., Google Analytics; advertising platforms such as Meta if enabled). They may access data only to provide services and must protect it.

International transfers

Some providers may store or process information outside New Zealand. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure the recipient protects your information in a way that is comparable to New Zealand privacy protections (for example, through contractual safeguards).
