Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement under New Zealand law to use the Services. Do not use the Services if you do not meet this requirement.

2) Virtual currency only (no gambling, no prizes)

• Gameplay is simulated and uses virtual coins/credits only.
• No cash-out, withdrawals, or redemption for money.
• No prizes or items of monetary value are awarded through gameplay.
• Any in-game balances, levels, or achievements have no real-world value.

3) Accounts & security

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials confidential.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect users, the Services, or to enforce these Terms.

4) Acceptable use

You must not: (a) break the law; (b) attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services; (c) use bots/automation to gain advantage; (d) upload malware; (e) impersonate others; (f) harass or post unlawful or infringing content.

5) Intellectual property & user content

We (and our licensors) own the Services, including software, designs, and content, except for content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process your submitted content to operate and improve the Services. You must have rights to any content you submit.

6) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that gameplay outcomes will be available at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AorakiMornings Limited will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to NZD $100, except where liability cannot be limited under New Zealand law.

8) Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or where necessary to protect the Services or other users. Sections intended to survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

9) Disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
